Thank you guys..So i will drop my goal to 1lb a week. As i understand it as long as i eat less than the calories intake that would keep my weight the same i should loose. So how can i fix water retention?

Hi sexy..lol...... i put down 500 cals but the machines often say 700 odd so i under estimate by roughly 20% anyway. I put 2lbs a week as a guess for the quickest loss..are you saying that in fact i would be better of changing to 1lb or less per week?and thank you

Pretty sure cals burnt are correct..the machines i use all use age, weight etc plus i knock off around 150 to allow for error, so i under estimate...

I know what i am eating as i use the barcode scanner and mostly what i eat are single items...for instance 1bread bun etc....there are some things done by weight but as my daughter is diabetic and we weigh her food i have a pretty good idea of weights so most time i over add

Thank you..the machines I use all have my weight and age entered for a more accurate result...so if i understand you right if my target is 1900 but i burn 500 at gym.. taking me 500 under my target i should eat back at least 250?

Thank you guys..without the excersize i nearly always come near my target with it i am about 500 shy....problem is when i do eat my target it says in 5 weeks i ll weight more than do now
