One of my friends gave me a different Yoga DVD today to try. I actually enjoyed it a lot more than YogaX. I've not done much yoga so I thought it was always supposed to be as hard as YogaX. Guess not! I may never do YogaX again! :laugh:

Anything by Polar is stellar (they have a great warranty procedure so make sure you register your product). Whatever you buy, make sure it has a chest strap, otherwise it is pretty much useless.

Core Synergistics done. I was really spent during my workout today. I think I am still sore from Legs & Back and Ab Ripper last Friday! p90x is designed so that you peak in phase 3. You should begin to see a bigger transformation in your body during the last 4 weeks of training. Good luck!

Ditto. Sometimes I eat half a banana before my workout (I am doing p90x), it depends what my schedule is. When I used to run, I did it on an empty stomach, if I had eaten recently I always got side stitches.

I've had a Tanita digital scale for about 6 years and it still works great, it is very reliable and never gives me a different weight no matter how many times I hop on and off!

Hi Patty, glad you joined us. :smile: I don't think it matters much if you switched the days. Dropping Yoga completely would be a mistake though. This is week 8 for me, which means Recovery Week! Time is flying by. Today was Yoga. Looking forward to Core Syn tomorrow, I like that workout. :bigsmile:

Cardio X has some Yoga, some Plyo and some Core Synergistics moves in it. I like it but agree it is a lot more mellow compared to Plyo. Yoga for me today.
