congrats to your kids, mommyh! Finished CardioX this morning. We're heading out tomorrow for Gatlinburg so I think I am just going to take some R&R and do as much walking as possible and start week 6 over next Monday! Hope you all are doing well!

This starts Week 6 for me, I've already done Core Synergistics. We are leaving early Wednesday for Gatlinburg for 4 days. I had an F4 for a year before upgrading to an F11, never had that problem. Mine still works fine just needs a new battery. :smile: Polar is very easy to work with on repairs, contact them!

The Fifer scissors are really hard for me, also. I went thru 2 rounds of physical therapy last year because my hips/pelvis was tilted as a result of childbirth. You can find 12 pound weights, those are my heaviest right now. I decided to take today as a rest day. I have been feeling sluggish all week and can't put my finger on why. Rather than stress about it, I am just going to take today off. Not sure if I will skip Yoga this week or do it tomorrow...

I have been doing chocolate milk for a week or two. I mix 1/2 cup fat free with 1/2 cup whole milk with 1 TBSP syrup.

Just finished CardioX. Normally I work out at 5am but today just could not get up the energy so opted to sleep in until the baby woke up at 6:30. I trained for my first 5k over an 8 week period almost all on a treadmill. I set a PR on that race that I haven't beat yet, so I think you will be fine. I am still recovering from my surgery yesterday (tubal ligation). I am pretty sore and will probably take until Friday to heal up. I am glad I scheduled this during recovery week!

I also woke up today not feeling quite 100%. I did 45 min of Legs & Back and finally shut it off. I am debating about going to the doctor, I don't want to end up well into the weekend and be completely sick. Feels like it has moved from my head down into my lungs. :ohwell:

I tried doing ARX after Legs & Back last time and only made it a couple minutes. Legs & Back wears me out!

Opted for Plyo today instead of Cardio X. WOW! What a workout!! :tongue:
