Very informative thread... I was told by my trainer to cut out the sugar entirely because it's excess sugar that leads to weight gain. What you guys are saying here makes much more sense to me. Thanks

I agree with all of the previous responses, And it also depends on the composition.. whether they're mostly fatty tissue or just highly dense breast tissue. From my experience, when I lose weight my breasts are the first to go. Sucks for me. Lol
