Losing breast during weight loss

I am currently a 28J and my boobs are already really too big for my body. My fear is that when I start losing weight, they will look even more disproportionate as I'm not that big to begin with. Is it possible to go down one clothing size while going down by 5 or so cup sizes? Or will my only option be surgery?
Also, I know you cannot spot reduce but is there anything I can do at all (excercises etc) to reduce the size of my breasts

It is not possible to predict which parts of your body will reduce sooner than others. Sometimes some areas will go down sooner than others. Wait a while until you start thinking about what surgery you will need. Focus on this journey day to day and week to week.0

I know you can't spot reduce. What exercise will spot reduce?
You know the answer. You answered it yourself. The weight/fat will come off where your genetics dictate.0 -
That could happen. But you could also lose from your breasts first. There's not a way to predict what will happen. Try, and then see where you're at in terms of breast size when you get to where you want to be.

The breasts are fatty tissue so chances are you will lose inches off your breasts too.
I have lost inches off my bust.0 -
If your backsize is 28, you are already pretty small - and you are only looking at losing 10 lbs -- not sure what it is exactly you think will happen with your breasts, but going down 5 sizes isn't happening0

Breasts are breast tissue in healthy weight individuals, not fatty tissue. In some people, a large amount of fat can be deposited in the breasts making them bigger but then again, it might not. My band size was more affected by my weight loss than my breasts were. It's individual and difficult to predict. If you gained your weight in adulthood, you'll have a better idea since you know what the size of your breasts pre weight gain.0 -

I agree with all of the previous responses, And it also depends on the composition.. whether they're mostly fatty tissue or just highly dense breast tissue. From my experience, when I lose weight my breasts are the first to go. Sucks for me. Lol0

my guess is that since you're naturally full busted (small ribcage large boobs) then this is the shape that you will have as you lose weight. it seems like the girls who are full chested (larger rib cages) are able to lose boob size.
just based on my experiences as a full busted gal, when i lost 30 pounds it was 5 pant sizes but i also lost 2 rib cage sizes and since i didnt lose any breast volume, my cup size increased. I'm hoping that once i reach my goal weight i'll be able to lose at least 2 cup sizes to avoid the absurdity of having to look for cute 30KK bras
in any case, if it's an issue after you reach your goal weight you could also think about getting a reduction.
good luck!0
