I have PCOS and calories in/calories out has yet to be true for me. I can't speak for others, but I know that it simply is not that simple for me.

At work yesterday some of the people from Dunkin Donuts dropped off a dozen donuts and some muffins. Everyone in the office is dieting (I work with women and it's the norm on any given day) but somehow the donuts always disappear. I am proud to say that I did not so much as GLANCE at those donuts and they sat in their box…

Officially I weigh in every Sunday morning. I occasionally get on the scale around Thursday tho.

I'm no expert, but the easy answer is that you're not eating enough calories...Do a calculation for your BMR (google it), it's your metabolic rate. It tells you how many calories you should consume based on your height/weight/age. It looks to me like 1200 is just not enough calories to sustain your body.
