Im doing that one too. If your doing the "lose up to 20 pounds in 30 days " I think you burn 331 calories.

You should have atleast ONE cheat day a week. But remember not to go all out just have a LITTLE bit of what you want so you can stick to your diet and not quit.

Just wondering every time right before i work out I feel really tired! :yawn: Is there anything I can do to change that so I can just do my work out and be more active???
