Didn't marry until I was 38, now have two gorgeous kids. I'm glad I did it that way, my late twenties were some of the best years of my life and would have been entirely different had I settled down and had kids - albeit a different but just as exciting life.

If you eat it, log it... If it ain't 'healthy', so what... If your calorie total for the day is there or thereabouts... Pat yourself on the back... We're all in this together peoples. :)

My kids... I don't want to be a fat dad. My Health... I want to live as long as possible, losing weight gives you a better chance of that For me... I've never been slim, I am getting there.

I lost my first 20lbs through pure calorie control - the fact that then made me feel great and able to do the exercises I had always huffed and puffed before is another matter entirely. :) You can definitely get to your goal weight by sticking to the calorie counting, but the exercise most definitely will get you there…

Neither in my experience. I think the biggest factor where coffee is concerned is in the many ways to make/take it - I find as long as you avoid calorific coffees such as Lattes (yes even a 'skinny' latte ain't exactly low on calories), Cappuccino and Mocha's, sticking to Americano or Filter coffee with a dash of skimmed…

All weight gains are logged, helps to keep me accountable as it annoys the hell out of me to have to admit to increases! :O)
