I love hummus, it has good protein and fats in it (depending on how it's made). I always keep in mind a recommended serving is 2 Tablespoons and don't have that more than once a day. All in moderation and stay within your limits. Cheers

In high school I was 205lbs, lost it before I had a kid, then nearly gained it all back. Right now I am at about 155lb with 20 more to loose.
