Crunches or sit-ups work but you have to be consistent at least twice a week for beginners, you can start with 25 a day,then move up to whatever you can handle.Me myself,I've moved to 100 a night, twice a week.

I agree I snack all day if i can at least to help add calories to my tracker,but, everything is healthy.OMG, the hour workout is very intense, i only did it once and was very sore and i'm actually scared to do it again,but, thanks to you i will tommorrow.
