Thanks for all your help! I'm going to try eating 1400 as eating 1200 obviously is not working and the extra 200 calories would allow me to have a treat every so often. I'm currently 200 lbs and 5"7. I wonder whether it might be worth trying a few more calories, because sometimes I feel starved during the week and that probably makes me more likely to binge! Thanks for your support :)

well i think we are meant to do it everyday but its very hard, so we'll have it as jillians 60 day shred! We'll probably lose more as we'll be eating healthy for 2 months alongside this. :)

Oh yeah! You get really sweaty after a 20 minute workout!, ive still yet to finish a 45 minute class. You should definatley get it! Well im currently on weightwatchers so ill be following that plan along with using mfp. Im planning to do the 30 day shred for my exercise and also using my zumba on the wii (which is so much fun btw!) so Im just cutting down on what I eat and exercising a bit more :)

Yeah you should get a tape measure theyre very cheap! Yeah we could measure chest(across boobs) smallest of waist, largest measurement around hips, thighs and tops of arms.

Yeay well done on making the group! :) Hi im pip, Im 5'6 and am currently at 195 and would like to get down to 160 to be in a healthy range for me. Weve got exactly the same goal and starting weight! Except ive got 2 more months to lose it! we can have a competition to see who loses what each week!

I think ideally id like to be about 150lbs, im quite curvy so ill never be skinnier than that! Ive been that weight before and I look healthy at that weight :)

I don't know really, I just feel that christmas is a hard time to keep to a diet, and january just sounds like a fresh start! But i supposed theres nothing stopping me lose a few lbs before january! :)
