@marsts - I have passes to my gym too. I will probably speed walk on the tred mill as well 2 times a week. @hairhacker - You will be able to do it. It's tough, I have tried it a bit a while ago. you should probably take your measurements. Sometimes going by weight could be discouraging because you gain muscle but are actually losing inches. I know last year I only lost 5 lbs but noticed my pants were falling off.
