this morning my hubby and i split a smoothie like this 6 ice cubes 1 cup frozen strawberries 1/2 cup fat free vanilla goyurt 1 cup skim milk 2 Tbsp. Peanut Butter Scoop of protine powder Tbsp flax seed Sooooooo yummy.

I pretty much used this one today. I did nonfat yogurt peanut butter Strawberries skim milk ice added a scoop of protine powder and a scoop of flax seed Delish!!! Might try a banana in it tomorrow.

Here is my Pesto Pita Pizza. A whole wheat pita with a tablespoon of Pesto sauce, chopped tomato and crumbled feta. Cooked in the oven for about 10 min or depends how crispy you like this. sometimes I add a couple slices of chopped up turkey meat or olives. It is SO tastey.

I am reading A Song Of Ice and Fire Series. I am on book 4. It is sooooooo good. they are pretty long but so addicting. Also in a few weeks the HBO series based on the books starts. SO excited!! I have a Kindle and am always reading now. I love it!!

Yes for sure drinking water all the time helps a lot with hunger. Also lean protines fill you up. But I started taking a miltipack vitamins last week and I find that I do not feel as hungry as I usually do. My problem is that I crave food all the time.
