oh yes. Sometimes its bad, sometimes it isn't. I think all you can really do is drink lots of water and wait it out. My hands sometimes swell up and my rings get tight. lol. It sux!

I know!!!! It's always the way. I get into a good groove and BAM, I get sick or something similar. Thats when I usually quit. But this time I wont. I am just so afraid It is going to spread like last year. I got some hive meds so hoping that will take care of the symptoms till it goes away. Thanks for the kind words.

I tried the Shred last year and only made it to day 7. I was pretty hurting for the first few days but then my muscles got used to the workout. so far I try to log EVERYTHING! I join challenges to keep me motivated. and on that one day i don't do so good (usually saturdays when we have people over) I try not to let it get me down. Great! there are a couple girls that fell behind because of sick or whatnot so jump right in. I lost over 4 inches after 10 days so stick with it!! I also do other cardio as well. I just added the shred to it.
