you are on a roll Sugar! You must feel great. I didnt do too well today. only did 14 minutes of it half assed pace... I am thinking drinking was a bad idea last night and wont be doing it again for at least a month. Was not worth giving up all thise calories and my workout. :( Live and learn

Today I was thinking about skipping because I am hung over... lol. BAD! But seeing that you did it when you were thinking about skipping makes me want to get it done. Thanks. I think I couldn't do it without this group. and i can't wait for someone to notice my weight loss! Good for you.

Something I LOVE about the Shred is that Jillian makes you do cardio, i am panting and close to passing out, lol. Then I am so thankfull for the "rest" I get with strength, till i think my arms and legs are about to fall off, she switches it up again. It's perfect!

right on!!!! I did day 3 today. Got hubby to do it too. I wish my weights were heavier for some of the workouts and lighter for others. My shin is killing me though... i think i get shin splints? ugh! I am just icing it right away and pushing through the pain.

YES! She is right, read the stories and look at before and after pictures. Thats what I do when i feel like I don't want to do it today. DO NOT DRINK YOUR CALORIES!!! Keep going for Sure!! The fact that your muscles hurt so much means it is really working. Nothing worse than doing a workout and feeling like you did nothing. Maybe just do an extra 10 minutes of stretching before and after if you are worried. YOU CAN DO IT!!! :)
