I am guessing you are Indian. Just google for soy chunk recipes, there's a ton on the Internet. There's curries and biryanis and what not that have these as the main ingredient :-)

As a vegetarian, I rely on these a lot. I just soak them in hot water, squeeze out the water and put them as toppings in whatever I eat, especially soups like chilli and salads. You can also marinade them for a bit in salt, paprika and light toast them.

I just buy egg whites in a carton from Costco. They have it in the dairy section. Most grocery stores will have them in a carton aswell. Makes it easier to cook. I started off at 17mins a mile, heaving and huffing... then I managed 13 mins a mile, with a powerwalk and run. Now I am down to 10-11... it's never fixed for me... I tend to mix it up with a sprint, a powerwalk, a jog and a walk!
