I am mostly vegetarian too and I find TVP/soy chunks to be a great source of protein!

I keep switching between Organic 2% and whole milk. I don't really care much for the fat % in milk. It's pretty negligible in comparison to the fat I get from other foods. :o)

I typically don't prefer applying oodles of makeup. Just a little powder, blush and eyeliner and I am good to go :-) No makeup With makeup and Husband

My thighs are currently 23" and they have always been 23". I've been lifting for a while now. And instead of focusing on my thighs or my butt, I started focusing on my upper body so that I could go from a pear shape to an hourglass. And in the process of doing that, the 23" of fat are now a mix of 23" of fat and muscle....…

No one here is a fan of Takis? I finished an entire big bag of them before I started training again. I still treat myself to chips... but in moderation... I love Kettle cooked Lays in the Jalapeno flavor... Man!

IMHO, BMI is just a bunch of BS. A lot of factors go into determining if a person is obese, overweight, underweight, appropriate, etc like age, height, race, build. BMI charts are very standard, thus making it a very dicey tool to rely on. BF% on the other hand, is a tool I'd rely on.

I would agree with the size 6 if the size 6 fit me without my needing to pull them up every other minute, thus making them uncomfortable. It's all relative, really.

I agree with the guy that made this statement. With cardio only, I was skinny fat. I'd fit into a size 4 pair of jeans but still have a muffin top. Well, love handles are essentially fat. You need a combination of fat busting and core strengthening exercises. You can't spot reduce. But as your overall fat % decreases, your muffin top will reduce too. Just keep going at it! Planks are good. Swissball jackknives are good. And HIIT is good.
