Pressure cookers?

My mom gave me her pressure a cooker a few years ago because she wasn't comfortable using it. I absolutely love it and was wondering if anyone else has / uses one or if I'm stuck in the last century. The cooker packs so much flavor into whatever I'm cooking without using a lot of fat, salt, or sugars. I love it!

If you have a pressure cooker, what's your favorite dish to make? Do you have a good website for recipes?

    I have been using a pressure cooker ever since zi started cooking. Its amazing how much I rely on it to make everything, from shops to rice to pasta... Name it!! Www.tastespotting.com has a lot of recipes on there for pressure cookers!
