  • Yes, taste buds change and you'll find you might not enjoy the same foods any longer. This happened to me too and I realize, food solely no longer plays such an important part of my enjoyment in life! I'd rather cherish and enjoy the time I spend with a few close friends over a meal rather than the other way around. ;D
  • 1. Walking 2. Running 3. Hiking 4. Dancing 5. Biking 6. Lifting 7. Home exercise videos/programs I prefer outside activities...
  • Definitely my little belly but I kind of like it though so I don't know if I want to lose it. :)
  • I personally don't go there but my brother always loves their chili!!
  • My night gown... it's made of silk material so it's like being nude anyways.
  • Hotpot with my family: I had lots of enoki mushrooms, water spinach, bok choy; also, noodles, mussels and pig's blood sausage with herbs and shrimp dipping sauce. Yes, you heard right, blood sausage. :D It was delicious... <3 Then I had dried mandarin orange slices for dessert because I had extra calories from my sad…

  • Bake lightly greased pumpkin slices at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 15-20 minutes, flip halfway through until soft. Mash and add to oatmeal with maple syrup and tons of cinnamon and pumpkin pie spices for a yummy breakfast every day! :D Leftovers can be refrigerated and it also freezes well. :)

  • I've been obsessed with cornbread lately. Today is cornbread casserole layered with ground turkey, onion, bell pepper, and swiss cheese plus a side of steamed buttered cabbage. The cornbread is actually made with Greek yogurt and apple sauce!! It was great. :D
  • Yeah I understand the frustrations totally but in the end.... It's only clothing, imo... Dress casually, cover mostly everything and move on to learning chemistry and calculus. :D
  • At the end of cooking I like to stir in one whole egg (or 2 tbsp plain Greek yogurt), a bit of butter, diced banana and some half and half or soy creamer. I also like to make overnight oatmeal with dried fruits and chia seeds. Combining oatmeal and peanut butter is always good too.
  • No. I never said anything about this study being real or not; it's just interesting to think about this stuff. :)
  • The question is, if a starving man only had water to survive on while his twin brother had water and sugar, which one will die first? :D Some scientists supposedly did a study on mice regarding a similar issue, feeding one over the other sugar water. Guess what they found!?!?…
  • People call me cute but they never specify why or which feature. I passed by a man yesterday and he told me I was specially cute package so I'm guessing they mean cute all over and no specific best feature? :D I don't know... Personally, I like my hands because they're small, thin and "elegant" and they can draw/paint…
  • Usually it's some type of carb with a good protein/fat source. Sprouted grain or whole wheat bread/rice with beans/eggs/liver/avocado, etc. A fruit as a side is always nice too. Today will be plain oatmeal w/ flaxseeds, egg, sliced banana and a cup of earl grey tea. Oatmeal actually keeps me very full...
  • Looks like I need to check my almond butter... But I'm nearly done with it already so there's probably nothing wrong with it. lol...
  • I recommend a tall glass of warm or cold full fat milk (soy or cow milk) as a snack. Have that with some wheat crackers and PB or something similar. Milk has lots of protein and enough fats to keep you full. Same with the fiber from the wheat and similarly fats from the peanut butter. Plus, milk is in liquid form so it…
  • Add me!! I average around 15,000 per day. It's fun... :) public url: //www.fitbit.com/user/2RTPYP
  • Not much... Is just a standard. I go by what I like to see in the mirror. ;) Like everyone else said, bmi isn't really accurate in determining health for many individuals and it varies by ethnicity and countries even. It's a general number applied as a standard because other more accurate ways to measure "health" like body…

  • Maybe you can do fruit/cracker with a yogurt/cream cheese/strawberry dip?
  • Real butter and fat drippings from meat...XD Margarine is pretty much very processed and FYI, even though some products say 0g trans fat, it is most likely still has some artificial trans fat since the FDA allows products to claim 0g as long as it has less than .5g. Overtime, it does add up especially if these foods are…
