Last time I checked, there was less than half of a small bag of planters salted peanuts. I don't usually snack at work. Lol.... Oh wait I forgot... There's also a small box of various types of tea that I've acquired over the years but never drank.

Well it varies a lot for me but lately... Breakfasts: oatmeal, soaked overnight in soy milk then reheated the next day. I add nuts and fruits to it. If its not oatmeal, is probably rice, egg, Natto beans, maybe a light tofu/green onion soup. Very Japanese style. Lol. That or leftovers. Lunch: Some type of…

Get a job near your home, work and buy your own groceries. If for some reason you can't, then make do with what you have--whatever your grandma gets from the food bank, go for a lot of high protein/high fat foods that will keep you full longer. Also, if you're constantly snacking, why not change 1-2 large meals to 5-6 mini…

I had two large carrots with hummus and then I wanted a slice of whole wheat batard with cheese so I had that too. Feeling satisfied. :)

A slice of whole grain baguette with cheese... and I ate it too. I know, my cravings are boring... >_>

I agree with everyone here, food scales are good. But just gonna say, I actually lost almost 10 pounds without a food scale (just practically estimating) but I think I'm a bit of a special case since when I started using a food scale to help me maintain my weight, I found out that I was really overestimating the amount I…

Yeah I agree, it's not for everyone. But I have one and love it though; I do get a little obsessed with some stuff sometimes but generally, I'm more laid back and less harsh on myself. I use it mainly for motivation though... love seeing those happy little faces on my fitbit dashboard. lol... Also, It used to be that I…

If you're feeling fine, then just do whatever you usually do. If not, don't exert yourself too much. Pretty self-explanatory. For me, I can only walk or do light yoga. Otherwise, I'm usually in bed all day since my period tends to make me very fatigued and ill.

If you're on a meal plan set by your doctor/nutritionist, I highly suggest you follow it. If the numbers are triggering, do not look at them or try to count calories. You're recovering from an eating disorder; it's best not to think about it. FYI, you've probably heard this so many times already but despite gaining weight…

I usually make baked potato wedges or chop them up and throw them in any soups, stews, or curries. They go with almost everything, seriously. That or I bake one whole in 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 45-55 minutes; eat with butter and seasonings.

Brush your teeth and go to sleep. Go to bed early every day and get a good long night sleep especially since you know you binge at night, do something to prevent it from happening. That and sleep helps reduce stress and lowers the hormone, ghrelin, which actually increases appetite and hunger while you're awake. You're…

For me, I do not want to continue using MFP for the rest of my life. I'm the type to get bored with doing things over and over again... logging food is no exception; I don't see myself using this website beyond 1-2 years. When life gets too hectic or when I find a new "obsession", I probably won't log anymore. FYI, last…

A mixture of cherry tomatoes, sugar snap peas, a few nuts, a low-fat oz of cheese/string cheese/baybel cheese, ONE fun size candy bar, banana chips, steamed sweet potato, carrots w/ hummus, steamed broccoli with laughing cow cheese... There's lots of options. For me, it's usually cherry tomatoes, sugar snap peas, nuts,…
