Pack something but don't eat it until you feel better or until you feel hungry again. Meanwhile, have something easy to digest and light on the stomach like a small piece of fruit.

I eat allot of my salads with seedless grapes. Grapes make everything taste like grapes! I suggest you try this salad topping combo that even my picky Asian family likes: walnut, chopped red or black grapes, and goat cheese all over bed of leafy greens. I eat this most mornings and the health benefits so far is amazing!

I happen to be really fond of food and I bond with others over food which is why I would like my SO to at least understand this and at least try the food once. If it's important to your man, then why not just compromise with him and eat something once and if you don't like it, you don't have to ever eat it again and he…

Basic Vietnamese spring rolls my family always make: sliced cucumbers Cilantro Lettuce leaves Boiled rice noodles Boiled shrimp Boiled sliced pork (or you can pan fry them in butter) Rice paper Lime chili fish sauce for dipping I eat these often. Simple and quick to prepare.

I too have refrained from added sugars for the past year and a half and only eating primarily fruit, especially in smoothies. Occasionally, I'd treat myself at birthday parties or family events with desserts. I'm not perfect though; sometimes, I go on a downward spiral (mainly due to stress) and I would eat a lot more…

1. Yes and no. I used to have cravings. Big cravings; if it wasn't chocolate, it was in the form of bread, breakfast cereals, and granola bars. Luckily, I don't have those cravings anymore since I went cold turkey on unrefined carbs. The only exception is when I'm stressed out with work or school, then I go out and look…

Helpful for what? Weight loss? Nutrition? It's not a miracle food for weight loss since it's pretty high in calories and should be used sparingly. I do hear though that it is good for hair and skin and I have experienced better hair and skin but that could also be the copious amount of avocados and leafy greens I've been…

Coconut cream Endives Almond butter Almond milk Corn salsa Frozen berry blend Artichokes Figs (seasonal) Brussels sprouts on a stalk (seasonal) Oh and that basil plant they offer during the warmer seasons. That thing fed me all summer. <3

My snacks are pretty simple. Baked sweet potato and fruit. If I'm busy, I usually don't snack.

Garlic fish, brown rice, a gigantic salad from L&L Hawaiian BBQ Eggplant pasta casserole on bed of green and red spinach Chicken cucumber sandwich with cranberry sauce My favorite omelette recently: avocado stuffed seasoned with curry powder and salt/pepper, pan fried in coconut oil. Yum. Vietnamese fast food Blood…

60-80 oz of water. Last fruit was grapes and pomegranate. Last vegetable was a mix of baby spinach and romaine lettuce.

Got another one. Muscle milk. Was starving at work and my cafeteria was selling this. Should've stuck with regular milk. :x

Salad. No effort whatsoever besides taking the greens from a bag and putting it on a plate and washing and cutting the fruit and crumbling on the cheese. Occasionally boiling a chicken breast or an egg. It really is fast food depending on what you put in it! :# That and I always make some type of soup in my slow cooker.…

I love food in general so all meals are pretty special to me. <3

Best flavor is full fat and thick type of yogurts. Worst for me is always the "light" and artificial sugar stuff. It is just the aftertaste that kills it for me.

Fruit and salads, eggs in all forms, occasionally smoothies, leftovers, sometimes a Japanese style breakfast meal with salmon, Natto, pickled veggies, toasted nori and rice. So basically everything. :#

About $40 per week so $160 per month for just me. I live in Sacramento, CA and I usually cook for myself and only treat myself out once a week.

Do as I say, not as I do. Ah, the irony. Sometimes, after a long day of tending to everyone else's needs, you just want to go home and stress eat your heart out. Unfortunately, this happens allot in the health field and you see nurses, doctors, nutritionists, etc. balloon in size. I won't judge the nutritionist's knowledge…

Cute. I'd try it.

Cook for yourself with fresh ingredients and control the amount of salt you use. That's the no. 1 way to reduce sodium. If you eat out often at restaurants, or get takeouts, or regularly buy/eat premade canned/boxed foods, then your sodium intake will most likely be high.

Veggie mix Whatever plate Mini pumpkin pie from thanksgiving!

Favorite salad topping combination: black grapes, walnuts, and goat cheese. Other than that, I usually eat a salad with juicy watery fruits like oranges and cherry tomatoes or grapes with some type of nut and cheese. I love baby romaine lettuce as my greens and carrots too.
-
Fruit tart with a nut crust! I personally love walnuts...

You don't have to avoid it... But if you feel you are eating too much of it and your diet is unbalanced, then maybe swap a meal or two out with some other type of starch?
-
Roasted whole chicken (instead of turkey), butter mini potatoes, walnut grape goat cheese endive salad and a mini pumpkin pie with coconut whipped cream. I didn't stuff myself surprisingly. No food coma either and I'm actually glad!

I make cauliflower rice allot. Blend it up into tiny pieces. In a fry pan, melt butter, add cauliflower, stir fry for a couple minutes, then add maybe a few tablespoon of chicken stock, cover with lid and let steam for another few minutes. I'm not sure why but its so friggen good!!

I already don't consume chocolate. So instead, I'll do 2 fruits a day for 30 days challenge. Today was 2 bananas.

I used to eat only TV dinners. The cheap Banquet ones too. No wonder I had stomach aches every day.
