Such is life... Whether on mfp or offline. You put yourself out there and not everyone is going to agree with you and not everyone is gonna be nice about it either. I think it's time to move on. I'm jelly. Green smoothies are pretty popular. Just blend a handful of spinach, carrots, banana and orange juice/water! You can make your own nut butter too with any type of nuts with some olive or coconut oil.

Trigger foods during my period: cookies/biscuits, bread and cheese, and peanut butter. Other than that, when I'm not overly hormonally charged, I don't really have trigger foods.

I do mostly fruits, peanut butter, sometimes cheese with bread, occasional ice cream. I prefer not to snack though.

1. Take any recipe. 2. If there is meat in the recipe, replace it with beans, tofu, or eggs. 3. Google vegetarian recipe. That's what I do! :D
