I used to work there and although each store is different and is run by different managers, I still wouldn't recommend people to eat there... :|

I make omurice a lot... It's just quick fried tomato rice with a ten seconds soft flat omelette topping. Great way to use up old leftover rice!!

It's the five color groups in there!! :D I'm basing it off of Japanese 5 element colors in food. Red, blue/purple/black, green, yellow/brown/orange, and white. Eat every color at every meal for a nutritionally balanced "pretty" diet. :P

Last week was egg/mushroom omelette, spread goat cheese, and sliced tomatoes wrapped up in a flat bread. All you need to do is pre-make the omelette and these lasts for days in the fridge! This week... I'm thinking about pre cooking some enchiladas or steamed meat buns. There's no such thing as "breakfast foods" for me.…

There's nothing wrong with wanting and craving to eat meat. You can still enjoy the health benefits of a mostly plant diet while still eating a little bit of meat every now and then. That's what I do!! I eat 80% plants and the rest is mostly cheese, yogurt, and fish/seafood, some chicken and red meat is eaten sparingly.

Endives stuffed with sliced purple grapes, walnut pieces and goat cheese. This was good!!

Avocado noodles with an Asian twist! Stuffed baked apple with vanilla ice cream! First time attempt, I will be making this a lot more from now on. Stuffing--grinded up steel cut oatmeal, blended with dried dates, mixed with walnuts, peanuts, flaxseed, raisins, and dried apricots, and cold butter. Yum

I attempted bean and cheese enchilada from scratch--with leftover ingredients. My first ever original recipe and I love it!! <3 Though it does kinda look like lasagna though. :)

Wow... Mine is nothing compared to what people posted. :| I tend to splurge on peanut butter and banana occasionally. And maybe a few extra servings of cookies! I have a sweet tooth... But that's about it.
