I have cheat meals and snacks whenever I feel like it.

"A calorie is a calorie." To lose weight, most would agree to look at only calories. Everything else is for your overall health in the long run. But I think what you were asking about are good and bad fats... Generally, avoid man-made trans fats which is the "killer." It is mostly in processed foods: things like store…

Salmon with mango salsa!! Season salmon fillet with lime, olive oil, salt and pepper and broil in oven. Then make mango salsa with chopped purple onion, some medium ripe mangoes, jalapeño peppers, cilantro, lime juice, and salt and pepper. Eat with brown rice or any grain you want! Yummm

Baked sweet potato... I carry one around with me everywhere! hahaha :D I keep abundance of pears, apples, bananas, and oranges/tangerines around too. I pre-chop individual portions of cheese and would have that with the fruit as well. Dried fruit on yogurt, tofu smoothies are good too. Carrots and hummus; mashed avocado…

I made coconut tomato curry with kabocha squash, Japanese sweet potato, carrots, onion, and garbanzo beans. Some tiny braised fishes on top! :)

Anything I want... But usually, fruit like bananas, apples, and pears with cheese, eggs in all forms with rice or bread or English muffin, stirfried vegetables, salads, mushrooms and cherry tomatoes, rice porridge/congee, Natto, salmon rice balls, sometimes oatmeal, baked sweet potato, lentils, bean soup, fried rice... If…

This is what I naturally gears towards weekly: 25% fat, 15% protein, 60% carbs. I eat a lot of fruits and vegetables... I also don't exercise that much since college classes started again, only running when I feel like it and lifting light weights plus squats every other day.

Best to keep a range of 1-5 lb since your weight will fluctuate. I can be 5 lbs heavier one day and then the next day, 6 lbs less. It's no biggie....:flowerforyou:

Get a hobby to help you with social anxiety... keeping busy at your hobby helps you keep your mind occupied, keep you out of the house, and overall keep you busy and away from food! And of course, the usual, eat throughout day to keep hunger at bay, drink lots of water, and get plenty of sleep at night.

Alcohol... I hate it. And I'm very picky on the type of desserts I eat too, If it's too sweet, it's going in the garbage can!!

I love food in general!! It's not a secret. :) I really like to buy and try new food products too.

Raw celery. Cooked is okay but raw is unacceptable. If I do eat it raw, I need lots of cream cheese or peanut butter but that defeats the purpose of a health food, right? Haha

Depends on my sleep schedule. Before sleep = the day before. Waking up at night and eating does not happen to me. If it did, I'd probably count it as the next day.

And also a few of my photogenic homemade bento lunches. :D

One of the reasons why I stopped posting in the forums so much or even caring. I just go here for entertainment now. :)

Stab with fork. Multiple times. Bake at 350° from 40-50 minutes, depending on size. Baking it makes it a lot more yummy and more flavorful, imo. Once cooked and cooled, wrap in foil and you can take it anywhere as a snack!!

I went cold turkey for like a month, replacing all sweet cravings with fruits/fruit smoothies, started eating all whole foods/low GI foods and the craving for sweet stuff went away. Now, it's just once in a blue moon that I get the craving but even then, I feel like I can live without it. This might be a little too extreme…

Just by looking at her smile, she's probably a kind and optimistic person!

Running outside is great! Just not every day though. :). That and invest in some really good running shoes. They make all the difference, seriously.

Maybe not anorexic but possibly a type of eating disorder. Anorexia has a lot to do with weight and restricting though. However, all eating disorders are more of a psychobiological issue. If you consistently restrict or binge, is afraid of food, feel guilty about eating more or eating things you deem as "bad" food, lose…

Well you can still eat it if you want... Just not too much of it. That or maybe combine a little ranch with some plain yogurt? I personally don't use ranch because I like citrus/juicy fruits, dried fruits and nuts on my salad. Really make flavors pop... I also like honey lemon. My go to is olive oil, lemon, salt and pepper…

I find the opposite to be true for me... I refrain from most processed foods and buy/eat things like beans, lentils, rice, seasonal veggies and fruits, root veggies, eggs, oatmeal a lot... Everything is high in fiber and if you add some type of fat like butter or olive oil, it'll keep you full longer too. Much better than…

You forget that Freelee is also a cyclist and runner and she exercises every single day, one hard session in the morning and usually a walk with her dog in the afternoon. Yes, I've watched her daily video blogs and this is what I noticed...! Sure, you can eat as much as you want but you're still gonna have to exercise it…

To be honest, I don't like weightlifting either but since I started it about a month ago, my stomach looks great! So if you're near your goal weight and just want to tone yourself up, I do recommend lifting or at least some type of exercise that builds a bit of muscle, like light body calisthenics or using dumbbells while…

About 30-40% for breakfast. I eat more earlier since I usually don't have time later in the day due to work and night classes.
