Good for you Loraa! I find myself more active than usual during these times. My preferred workout right now is resistance training, using bands and weights. Wishing you all the best in this, and a happy Easter to you.

I have something called Patellofemoral Syndrome. I'll let you google that to see if the symptoms and pain seems familiar. Doing reverse lunges and running is what really set it off. Foam rolling my IT Band and quad was what has really helped me.
