Some gyms and establishments have the scale that measures everything from body fat to muscle mass and water percentage. If you don't belong to a gym, maybe take a free day at one and talk to their nutrionist and they will put you on the scale to get your reading.

The only way my middle goes down is to not eat starchy carbs, no bread, pasta, rice or potatoes. I have 1/2c cereal for breakfast. I also train 3 times a week at PTI and cardio the other 3 days (I take Sundays off). A couple women I work with are also doing on starchy cards except at breakfast and its working. Hope this…
