This is typically at least 3-4 days of my week. On days when I only do cardio or only do strength, then I use the extra time to go shopping with my mom or taking my little one out to parks or play dates. Some weeks I am scheduled to do volunteer work and my little one goes to grandmas or comes with me which is always an adventure! My weekends usually involve waking up at 7 and doing 3 hours of exercise while my husband takes over mommy duties. Sundays I wait til after church (if we go) to work out while everyone is napping. And at least one weekend a month I am without my husband (Sailor) completely making me a huge ball of stress with no personal time but sometimes my parents jump in to relieve me. My oldest has been a huge help with allowing me time to exercise if little one is uncooperative. Now that spring is here and summer is approaching.... I have lawn/garden duty. So I'll be doing the mowing, raking, weeding, gardening, planting, digging, burning, brushing...husband isn't home enough to help until weekends. Did I mention my yard is nearly 2 acres? LOL Fun Fun!!!0 -
My weeks depends on my love's schedule as she flops from AM's to PM's each week (nursing). I will use the AM week as example.
5 am Get up pound some supps and head for the gym
5:30-6:45a rock the gym like a mad sweaty beast man.
6:45-7:15 shower, eat a little and head off for work.
7:30-12:30p work sitting at a desk mostly
12:30-1p Have a little lunch, run to post office or go let dogs out.
1p-5/6p work, more desk time.
6-7p go for a run or bike ride 3/4 times a week.
7-11 eat, shower, play with dogs, crack a beer, sit on butt or play video games.
Thanks to the topic originator for helping me realize how unsocial and boring I am.... :glasses:0 -
7:00 am get up and get ready, get kids breakfast and dressed.
8:00 am walk kids to school
8:15-8:45 go to the YMCA and walk on treadmill or do elliptical
9:00 am go to work
work, work, work
5:00 leave work and go home
5:00-8:00 make dinner, help kids do homework, get kids bathed etc
8:00 pm-- kids go to bed
8-10pm hang out with husband, clean house, get lunches ready for tomorrow, take care of dogs.
10pm go to bed0
