I have this same problem. After work, I just want to sit on the couch and eat. It's just so comforting! So far, I haven't found any tricks that really work. I just have to convince myself that the extra eating isn't worth it.

I have two boy kitties -- Turbo and Nitro. One is a pudgeball and the other is pretty skinny, but they're brothers and I adopted them together from the Humane Society. I love them so much!

I don't count it because I feel that all the chewing has to burn a couple calories at least!

I have 12:01a-6a 6:01a-noon 12:01p-6p 6:01p-midight I like the idea of a snacks category though, so you can see how much you eat when it isn't part of a meal. Those calories can add up!
