The only way to change your "remaining" calories is to eat if you are under or exercise if you are over. Although, looking at your food diary you should really be more concerned about what your eating as opposed to how many calories you are over/under. Your not alone, I just want to break 120. I was finally only 3.8 lbs away and I did a complete 180 over the weekend and ate such crap and didn't exercise and now I'm 5.8 lbs away from breaking that next barrier and I have no idea why I did it :(

I just did both of those moves, the second one was just a very slight pain. I feel it mostly when I don't expect it, like taking a glass out of the cabinet or swinging my arm while i'm walking.

20 lbs is alot, don't downgrade what you've accomplished! Why don't you compare pictures of you from the wedding with pictures of yourself before you lost the weight? That might help or use this as motivation to push yourself even harder.

Agree, I tweaked my diet to include a lot more salad (which I used to hate and now love) but now my problem is I can't figure out how to eat 1200 calories. Lol, I should make the salad my side dish but I have a busy night and don't have time to cook a whole meal. Also, I'm short so my minimum calorie intake only has to be set between 1000-1100, I don't need 1200 calories.
