Thank you all for your help. I'm always on the go....work all day don't get home till after six and am busy chasing/cleaning up after the kids. So its hard to try and do a low cal dinner. I'm thinking that I may need to just set aside some time and figure out low cal foods that work for me.

I just using them as an in-between for a snack, so I was thinking I was supposed to keep it under 100 calories? If you add peanut butter or cheese, don't those make the calorie count skyrocket?

Brocolli, caluiflower, celery, green peppers and/or carrotts. Those are usually the easiest to cut up and eat. I usually try to get a good mix so you don't get bored with how it tastes.
