Yes, I have. I would make sure you're getting enough calories and enough carbohydrates. When I was deficient in both of these, respectively, I would start to feel down.

I love them but they aren't very filling. I like spicy ones, and there are some sweet ones which aren't bad. Plain ones taste like *kitten*.

No, 3x a week is not a lot. It's great to be an example of how being short doesn't mean eating fewer calories; this site needs that. I'm saying that realistically, most people will probably be eating less calories, and that's hard.

It's annoying when people say a THOUSAND times "you can't spot reduce". You can strengthen your abs which does help to pull in and flatten the stomach. Yeah... obviously most short women will not maintain at 2350. It's great if that works for you but not everyone lifts that much and not everyone wants to. And that's fine.

From personal experience, and as kommodevaran suggested, increasing your fat intake as well as protein, really does work to keep you feeling full in a way that carbs do not. I know it's been said a million times but do make sure you're drinking lots of water because that will also help you feel full. I do think it's better…

'Bump' is used to bring a particular thread back to the top of the list of threads. I have seen a lot of people here use it to 'save' the thread for themselves, which is annoying.
