It is simple - today I will get back on track. My work hours changed A LOT and it totally threw me off my game. I have journaled everything today and I'm drinking my water. Just trying to keep it simple and on track. :)

Not beat myself up over the holiday weekend. It's so easy to count and journal when you know what you have cooked - picnic spreads are NOT healthy lifestyle friendly. On track so far today - gotta keep the momentum going! :-)

Today I will walk again. Took a slow walk with DH yesterday, need to continue the momentum. Would be nice to be able to do C25K someday but I need to be kind to my knees and lost some first.
