I think I have the premium version and because I don't remember for certain I would say no not worth it lol.
-
Except there are plenty of new threads about it as well. I remember commenting on 2 of them in December lol.

Crazy!

Going through the playlist right now and subscribing. I think I am in love!

I have both and threw out the handheld one on first use. I hated it and now have the countertop one which I love. Much easier to use and greater variety of sizes/shapes.

I eat Greek yogurt almost daily made with whole milk. The brand is Cabot and it is plain/unflavored. It is the highest fat:carb ratio I have seen. For 1 cup it is 22g fat, 12g carb, and 16g protein. I usually eat either 1/4 or 1/2 cup and I mix in berries, and vanilla liquid Stevia (otherwise tart without it). Also as of…

I think also a large part of it for me is when I stick to this WOE I have more self confidence, motivation and I'm proud of myself for accomplishing a goal and being disciplined. That mood affects other areas of my life (sleep quality, mood at work, etc). When I mess up with this WOE, I feel anxious about the failure and…

Wait....peppers and snap peas are fruits? *mind blown* Everything I know is a lie!

I sleep better and have less anxiety overall but especially at night while falling asleep. My mind is better able to just shut off and drift to sleep. First time going keto I had a stronger libido, doesn't feel like it much this time.

...So many threads about BPC...

Yea I agree there are a lot of blog posts that are promoted that absolutely do not fit my WOE. I really wish if you were a paying customer that you absolutely did not see any thing on your feed or even in the sidebar that is not from your friends or any of the Community groups you are involved with. Also, for non-paying…

I still eat raspberries, blueberries and blackberries in my full fat greek yogurt (occasionally SMALL amounts of strawberries or mango). Usually no more than 70g of any fruit or mixture of fruit in my yogurt. I also mix in some MCT oil with it to raise the fat:carb ratio. Avocado is a fruit :-)

So week two of my BF doing low carb just wrapped up, starting week three. He weighed himself Sunday morning but didn't note the actual number. I'm not concerned with the actual number or really the weight at all as long as he feels well, is happy and there is an overall downward trend either on the scale or body fat…

If I'm not eating bacon and eggs for breakfast I either have BPC or yogurt. This is my yogurt recipe: * 1/2 cup cabot full fat plain greek yogurt - it's VERY thick which I love and allows me to thin it out if I want * 40-60g of fruit - usually blueberries, raspberries and/or blackberries. I have also occasionally use mango…

I want to try this but I have regular cocoa powder and I don't have Truvia but I have Stevia, Erythritol and Swerve.

I stopped reading after about paragraph 6 because every paragraph was the same "I AM NOT TALKING TO THE PEOPLE FOR WHOM A KETOGENIC DIET MAKES YOU FEEL GREAT BUT TO THOSE WHO DO NOT FEEL WELL ON A KETOGENIC DIET"....ok get to your point. I feel great on keto and have no health issues and have always been in a normal BMI…

Nor I.

I love most of those things separately but I cannot bring myself to trying them together.

I just had a great moment with a random man from food services at my job (he works in our Aramark-run cafeteria). I don't know this man but I ran into him in the hallway and this was our conversation: Him: "Are you coming to the cafeteria today?" Me: "No I brought my lunch" Him: "What did you bring?" Me: "Crab meat stuffed…

My head keeps telling me I want Little Debbie treats but nothing else really. Maybe some pizza and Chinese food but that's out of being lazy and not wanting to cook. The Little Debbie craving is constant like I'm an addict. I use to eat a half a box in a day which is about 3-4 packages of a pair of cakes.

I just cannot find the motivation to go to the gym.
-
@lodro I was actually thinking the same thing about the title. That's why I like the term "carb up" better.
-
@KnitOrMiss you knocked it out of the ballpark again! Thank you so much. Also everyone, my boyfriend has been eating low carb now for just a few days, not even a week yet. He wanted to weigh himself again because he didn't like the day of the week he weighed himself before and thinks it would be easier to do it weekly on…

All great, but I don't live with my boyfriend. In fact we live in two separate states so I really have no control over the grocery shopping or cooking.

@PaleoInScotland thanks for the tips. I actually looked up some farms near me and there is a farm within reason driving distance from my job (though not my home) that raises free-range chicken, cows and pigs. I am going to talk to them about pricing. Also, there is a farmers market even closer to me every weekend that I…

Hardest thing for me is not getting delivery food! Also, I didn't find this particularly "hard to give up" but more so "training my brain to think differently" was that a lot of high-sugar fruits and fruit juices are just as bad for you as candy. Also related to that, whey protein powder does not need to be added to…

@cstehansen I believe the website you linked for the nutrition is incomplete with data. http://www.precisionnutrition.com/encyclopedia/food/lupini-beans/ http://nutritiondata.self.com/facts/legumes-and-legume-products/4345/2 @KristinNitsirk ^^

@kpk54 I use I think it's called Zenwise MCT oil I purchased on Amazon. I never used any MCT oil before that but it really doesn't have a taste to me.

Sorry everyone the article was pulled from the website. When asked the author stated he did not want Gina to get in "trouble" by coming forward about her story being incorrectly stated in People Magazine. The gist of the article was that Gina was featured in People Magazine's "Half Their Size 2017". She went from 300 to…

Darn it I linked to the article on the MF
