It's very minor but I can see some fat loss in my face (left column is before keto, right column is after). I've lost about 20 lbs, about 8-10 of which was water. The rest I have seen in my face, breasts ( :( ) and noticed in how my pants feel. All of my pants are really baggy and my belt is about 2 holes too loose now.

Yea this is what I think of when I hear/read egg fast. Not just boiling, scrambling, frying eggs but eating high fat foods made mostly of eggs. I have never tried it though because it still seems too restrictive and lacks protein and also seems like it may not provide a lot of nutrient diversity.

Thought it was supposed to be 50% of you weight in oz of water so for me at 140 I've been trying to do 70 oz of water which at that rate I get really bad migraines because I just cannot keep up with my electrolytes (even drinking electrolyte water!). 54 oz is very obtainable and would not make me feel as crappy.

My sugar is 20g or less. Most days it's around 5-10g but days when I make fat bombs or treat myself to Lily's dark chocolate sweetened with stevia (which is the only sweetener I use) it ends up being 15-20g.

Yes every morning I pee on sticks. I would like to get a blood ketone reader to be more accurate because sometimes it can be discouraging when it says no or trace ketones and I'm expecting it to be darker. But I'm learning what my carb limit is.
