Thank you Jason. So in the 5x5 Stronglifts, the only exercises you do are Squat, Bench Press, Deadlift, Overhead Press and Barbell Row? Edit: Just got all the information I need as well as the spreadsheets to help track my progress. Going to get started on it tonight!

This topic screams insecurity. I hadn't read most of the replies before I submitted mine and yikes, it's just a photo folks. No different than somebody having their default facebook photo as their child. If it's a lack of confidence in their self-image, all the more reason not to shame them.
