  • ok I forgot to post my stats!! Today I weighed in at 185lbs (!) eeks I want to lose : stone and a half (21lbs) I've changed my weigh day to Monday as the weekend always lets me down so this will hopefully keep me good!!

  • I'm 31!!! :-( It does sound like the same thing. I have often thought maybe it's a vitamin I'm not getting anymore. I have never used face cream etc so maybe I'll give that a try, can't do any harm can it!!!   • I recently went to Africa and they went away a bit but then I realised it was because I got a tan. The doctor said sun might help them!!! I have been eating more chilli I think? Maybe I'll cut that out. Try some face cream and see how it Goes but I swear if I get one more I will cry :-(
