I was on POF but the guys seem to only want to have a night of sheet fun. Nothing like answering an email and the next response is if you want to go to bed. No dinner no talking just jump into bed. I track even if I go over. It happens and when I am honest with myself I do better. Good luck take it day by day. You can do it!

Have you tried cutting up fruit and putting it in your water. Take pitcher and put in whatever fruit you like. It helps give water taste. I don't drink much either. I have to force myself to drink liquids.

First congratulations! Second I really like the pic idea with the two pairs of jeans. I was kinda bummed that my year wasn't as successful as I had hoped but once I compared my jeans from a 20w to 16w it gave me a big smile!

Hi, I like to use the Atkins site: http://www.atkins.com/browse-recipes-by-all.aspx I've also done a search on MFP message boards for Low Carbs and there are some great convos. I love bacon and Almonds.. Good luck with your journey!

I hope you guys don't mind me posting a question to you here. I've been doing low carbs for about two weeks.. do you think 1200 calories and 15 or less grams of carbs is too little?

I tend to cook on Saturday or Sunday and make my own TV dinners. For fresh produce I tend to go to the store on Wednesday and then on Satruday or Sunday. I too like Hungry Girl! :flowerforyou:
