Add it up (use the recipe feature) and divide by number of servings.

it also puts the post into 'My Topics' so that you can find it easily when you want to see it again.

The way you did it would work. I usually create a recipe with all the ingredients and then divide it into the appropriate number of servings. This also allows me to vary the amount I eat. For example, you could have entered your recipe as 5 servings, but since you ate 25% of it, you would log it as 1.25 servings.

Me too! I love my wine, but am realizing I can't have it (at least not without the munchies that go with it. I will definitely try some of these great ideas.

Girl, you've got this. You're already running 3K in 30 minutes! Just keep up what you're doing. Big kudos to your running buddy- she's exactly what you need-someone who believes in you and will support you. I'm cheering for you!

Just my husband and I and we spend about $80/week. We're in Hawaii so some food is incredibly expensive, so I do buy in bulk when things (especially chicken, ground beef) goes on sale. Fruits and veggies rarely go on sale, since there isn't really a "season" as everything is imported.

This sounds yummy! I don't see why you couldn't sub breasts for thighs.

i'm definitely trying some of these recipes! If you freeze the tofu, then thaw, it will absorb any marinades/sauces better.

This is what I do too.

How do you get to/use the 'old' recipe builder?

That's a significant difference from MFP. I am averaging around 60. I picked up some almonds today and maybe I'll try adding another yogurt or egg or turkey jerky. I love jerky but shy away because of the calories.

I agree completely. I am laughing so hard over this thread.

Me too! A bit older that 51, but still serious

Or 50's . . . Or 60's . . . Or whenever you decide to start living for you
