Rewarding myself
So, not a NSV per se, but I am participating in the Susan G. Komen 3 Day Walk in Boston in September. Rather than new clothes, I decided to donate $5 per pound lost to the cause. Anyone else doing the Komen walk (60 miles in 3 days)? I am signed up for the one in Boston (September) and looking at the training schedule, it doesn't look very strenuous. Will it really prepare me for the event?

exercising with a broken wrist
So I am in a cast for the next 4-5 weeks. Doctor said no swimming, no skating, no running which pretty much sums up my exercise routine. Any advice? Walking alone just doesn't seem to be the ticket for me.

MFP set my protein at 78g. I am struggling with meeting this goal. How important is it? How can I get that much protein? I already eat eggs, yogurt, chicken.

Watching the "if every day" post at the end of the day, it says I should lose 8-10 lbs in 5 weeks. However, the scale is not moving at all. What gives?
