Of course it's exercise, and a darn good calorie burner, too! I believe Myfitnesspal has it listed as an option. If not,you can find calories burned/min/body weight online.

Enchiladas. Mix with salsa and cheese, roll up in tortillas, cover with enchilada sauce and more cheese. Bake. I use leftover turkey for this also. A family favorite.

I am training for my first inline skating marathon (6 weeks til race day!) and hadn't skated in many year's prior to deciding to do this with 14 weeks to train. I LOVE it! My sister said she's already noticed a difference/lift in my behind. Duluth? You'll love it!

I have a similar problem. Fitbit/myfitnesspal were working and syncing together fine, then suddenly not. I also have tried uninstalling and reinstalling but it did not work. I have to manually go in MFP and enter exercise data for my steps.

No running b/c he says it will jar the wrist too much. Husband says it's b/c the sweat will stink up the cast. Neither make sense to me, but I'm trying to comply.

Doctor is right. I am also 58 yo, 5'6" and started out at 197. Obese is 185 lb.(by BMI), so you are saying that you just don't want to be obese, which I totally understand as that was my first goal, too. However, if 'not obese' is good (and doable), why not keep going? Normal BMI is 155 lbs. I have now reached 145 (it's…

I'm a 58 year old female and skating in Hawaii. I plan to skate the Duluth Half Marathon in September. There is also a full marathon and age groups go to >80! If you enjoy it, do it!

I do a "mexican stirfry": dice up some zucchini, mushrooms, tomatoes, onions and stirfry. Add corn and salsa and heat through. Top with shredded cheddar.

Yes. Remember that new people join MFP all the time and don't go back and read every single post. What is old to you is new to the poster. Be nice!

Chicken enchiladas-just mix the chicken (shredded) with salsa and cheddar, roll in a tortilla, top with enchilada sauce and bake. Easy and good! Also, just found a recipe for chicken gumbo that my husband loves (allrecipes.com)

Agreed. Premier is very tasty (even better now that thy've improved it!). I use it as a 'snack'-high protein, low calorie. I also use it as a meal repacement when I'm not really hungry, but know I need to eat something.

I don't purposely leave calories, but I don't eat back all my exercise calories.Yes, I use a food scale and track everything, but there will also be some error. Also, I'm not totally confident on calories burned. Bottom line, I never cut my net calories so-o-o-o- close that it will make or break my weight loss.
