cardio or weights first?

Does it matter if I do my cardio work or weights first?

    it doesnt matter all that much, most people tend to avoid cardio before weights due to the fact that glycogen stores are somewhat depleted after cardio so you have less energy to lift.

    If you are fatigued from cardio, strength training wont be ideal after, as you wont be able to lift as much and you risk making it harder to keep form. If you are going to do both on the same day I would suggest weights first, or alternatively you could do weights one day and cardio the next, rinse and repeat.
