I'm female, 25, 5'6 and 167 lbs. Most of my exercise is walking and jogging. I have my FitBit connected to MFP, so that also adds exercise calories as it adjusts, but I usually don't pay attention to it because I don't 100% trust it haha

I've been super into rice cakes with hummus lately. Quaker no/low salt rice cake = 35 Tribe Hummus, 2 tbsp = 60 I also add on cucumber slices and shredded carrots! It's SUPER good and very low cal for how much you're getting!

I have a similar problem, but instead I tend to go way OVER on the weekends. My new strategy is to save as many as my calories as I can throughout the day so I can indulge for dinner/drinks/etc. I think the overall issue is the lack of structure on the weekends.
