  • I attend a zumba class every week and love it, if your into dancing and moving your body this is the right exercise for you. It moves each part of your body which will help with the toning and also is quite a vigerous excerscise and will defenatly get you sweating.
  • Dont give them up, other wise you will deprive yourself and end up having a bad day, have a treat in the day time, at a time where you still have time to burn it off. My problem is junk food after tea time, i have a treat with my dinner, then after my tea if i wanna treat i just eat grapes and drink water. hope this helps.
