I've been trying this for a while and finding it really hard to give up my favorite "junk" foods... any advise would be nice.

Girl you betta throw that junk out of your house
.....try not buying it, or when you go to buy the junk reach for something a little healthier instead and before you know it it will become habit to reach for the healthy stuff.....good luck!!!

Dont give them up, other wise you will deprive yourself and end up having a bad day, have a treat in the day time, at a time where you still have time to burn it off. My problem is junk food after tea time, i have a treat with my dinner, then after my tea if i wanna treat i just eat grapes and drink water. hope this helps.0

Find substitutes. For my sweet fixes, I've fallen in love with kiwi and nonfat yogurt. It's like heaven to me and takes away cravings for other sweets! For salty, I usually eat edamame with a dash of salt.0
