Ah, binges do happen.God knows, I've gone ultra crazy sometimes (pots and pots of Ben and Jerry's later...) Sometimes we just need that comfort, end of. There is nowt to do, except to accept what happened and move on. Don't starve your body too much of the good stuff otherwise binges are more likely. Look on the positive…

I think you should check out your Bmr - basal metabolic rate. This is how many calories your body would burn if you never got out of bed in one day. If your calories are defunct of this then you will lose weight. Each person's BMR is different. Also, muscle burns more calories than fat. Once you start exercising, you will…

The keratin treatment made my curls looser to be honest, but they are softer and more manageable. Almost like a romantic curl if you wish. I am most happy with mine. If it doesn't work out for you, the Brazilian Treatment washes out with normal shampoo after a few washes. You would have to use sodium chloride free shampoos…

To achieve the look I have in my pic, I wash once with shampoo to remove oily build up and then rinse once with a conditioner and then put in a thicker conditioner and leave it in without rinsing. I then comb the hair out and seperate the curls, then leave it to dry naturally. I then spritz the hair with a water based…

I am just trying to get help in reducing my intake and hopefully train my body to recoginise the "I am full" signal. Re Green tea, yes I have heard it helps a lot. I drink a lot of it to be honest as i have found a new…
