There is alot about this diet that appeals to me but I do have some concerns. Number one concern is that i'm breastfeeding. If I were to consume 2400 calories at 80/10/10 I would only be taking in 27 grams of fat a day. There are 30 grams of fat in 500 calories of breast milk alone so that wouldn't even cover my milk let…

:flowerforyou: Thanks!!

Darn it! I've heard that. I guess it will be a while then. I was still breastfeeding my first when I had my second so I never got to see if it was true for me. I'll consider it my motherly sacrifice then.

I'm there too!! I'm 5'5" and fluctuate between 120-125. I really want to get down to 115-118. It is so hard! It seem like no matter what I do I can't get below 120. Also, I am breastfeeding which makes it really tricky because I don't know EXACTLY how many calories i'm burning doing it. I know I need to exercise more but…

Day 3 done! Well, day 2 really because I had to skip yesterday due to a cranky clingy baby. I decided to do level 2 to make up for not doing it yesterday. I'm sure I will pay for that tomorrow.

Jama- I hope you meant freezer.

The first batch I did my bananas were VERY ripe but not black. They had a little bit of brown. I was worried because I don't care for the taste of overripe bananas but the end product turned out great! Yesterday I froze some yellow ones, no green, no brown. I'm going to make them tonight. I sliced them and put them on a…

I've heard those things are pretty powerful. Maybe just try it with a small amount. Adding a splash of milk or substitute helps smooth it out.

I don't think the consistency would be quite right if they weren't as frozen. One recipe I came across on the web said to freeze for just a couple hours. They don't take very long to freeze. I froze mine for a few days just because I had some bananas that were ready to go bad and I didn't want to toss them.

Oh no!!!!! That sucks! You'll have to try it again w/ the processor....it's so worth it!

Day one down! Wow. Even though it's been a few months since I did this dvd, I wasn't expecting it too kick my butt this hard. My arms are like jello! I am determined to stick with it long enough to see results this time!!! Starting weight- 124.4 ( 4.4 pounds up from my last weigh in when I fell off the wagon. ) Goal…

You have to change the IMG to lowercase to get them to show up.

I love almond milk!!! I'm nursing a baby who is dairy sensitive which is why I drink it. It's definitely the best tasting dairy alternative out there! Low in calories and in carbs.

Mine is public....it's not always good. But it's public.

I was going to start Monday and I couldn't find a support group with the right date. Glad I found this one! :flowerforyou: I'm in!!! Hopefully I can see it through to the end this time. I only made it 2 weeks last time. :grumble:

If you have a Wal-Mart anywhere close look for it there. All 3 of my Wal-Marts have it and its $2.38 a package. Much cheaper than alot of other stores.

If you worry about preservatives a good lunchmeat is Hormel Natural Choice. No nitrates added and minimally processed. It's by all the other lunchmeats. :) They also make very tasty bacon.

LOL!!! Sounds like a great idea.

Well, i'm not here to agree or disagree with anyone as I hate conflict. :) All I have to say is I eat anywhere from 1700-2500 calories a day. ( I am 5'6" 120 lb) I can't even begin to imagine eating less because I struggle not to go over these amounts! So I have a bit of envy and admiration for those who are able to eat…

 If you go to the food tab then to database and type in whatever food you're looking for, when you click on the food it shows it's nutrition info and there is an edit button.

Yes, you have to be careful when you're entering foods in your diary. I always look through and make sure the info looks correct. You can correct an entry if you see that it is wrong.

No problem. I didn't know either until a few days ago when I saw a post about it.

hmmm...maybe if you just put it in as is and then put in a serving of turkey bacon negatively. In other words add turkey bacon but in the serving size section put -1 serving. It will subtract that amount from your meal. If that makes sense.

Interestingly, I found that I get headaches when I don't get enough protein. It is so important especially for building muscle!
