That's pretty much what I was thinking. Thanks! I'm not so much worried about falling, she is very secure in the carrier and doesn't throw me off balance when she moves, I just wasn't sure if say squatting and lunging with all the extra weight dispersed only on my back would be a problem...

I think it depends on what activity level you chose...I do lightly active even though I work out 6 days a week because I like to log my exercise. So I eat back most or all of my exercise calories. If you chose moderately active and that's whst you work out, you don't have to log your exercise. Editing because I missed the…

It's a bit of an obsession. Don't ask me how many I have. haha!!

Ergo is good but make sure you buy from an authorized retailer as there are lots of fakes out there. Boba is another awesome one. If you have a decent amount of $ to spend Kinderpack and Tula are the best. If you like wrapping with the Moby but are just having problems with it sagging, you might like a woven wrap. They…

Yeah, MFP's protein recs are set pretty low. Protein is good!!!

You aren't supposed to go any lower than 1800 cals when breastfeeding. Not only can it affect your supply but toxins are stored in fat and if you lose fat too quickly the toxins can be released in your breastmilk. It is best to eat a higher amount of calories and create your deficit through exercise. You will still lose…

Thanks! I usually aim for between 80-100 grams of protein but mostly end up on the high end of that or higher sometimes. My lean body mass right now is estimated at 92 I think...or somewhere around there so I think my protein goal is pretty good right?

That does help! Thanks! That's the book i'm going to be following, i'm just waiting for it to come in so that's perfect!

I just started ri30 today. I'll add you. :)

Thank you! I'm going to try a very small deficit for awhile and see how that does. I'll just play it by ear and adjust up or down if I need to.

Ok I read a bit on cutting/ bulking and it seems it's not really recommended. My ultimate goal is to have more muscle than I do now and get rid of the extra fat I have. My immediate goal is to get rid of the fat. I would like to maintain the muscle I have if I can. I'm ok with losing the fat first and then building the…

Thank you!!! No I have not thought of that. I will look into it! I really don't want to lose any of the muscle I have because I don't have much.

Being at a "healthy weight" on paper does not mean she has no fat to lose. I'm 5'5" and 127 lbs. With my clothes on, I look thin. With my clothes off, I have quite a bit of fat on my body. Fat that makes me feel bad about myself. Fat that I want to lose to be healthy and feel good about myself. So don't assume that just…

Hi! Sorry, I just saw this. :) I am starting Turbo Fire this Monday! I am so excited!! I'm currently at a healthy weight, i'm 5'5" 126 lbs but i'm 26% body fat and I want to lower it to somewhere between 19-23.

I am 5'5" 126 lbs 36/27/37 I need muscle badly!

Thanks! It's good to hear you've been doing it for 4 weeks and still love it! :) Have you seen any results yet?
-
I messaged you. I'd love in also!

Are you breastfeeding? If so, you need to add way more calories in or your body will not let the fat go!! lol If not, I don't know. You still may need to tweak your calorie intake a bit. Try adding 100 extra a day for a week and see what happens.
-
Good luck!!!! :)

I would try upping your calories by 100 a week. Do you feel like you're still hungry sometimes? It's better when you're breastfeeding to create your calorie deficit by exercising rather than cutting calories. So you could set your calories at maintenance and then to create a deficit you would have to exercise but not…

Height 5'5" Starting weight-128 Current weight-126 Goal Weight 120 Age 31 How many calories you eat a day 1800-2300 : 1800 if no exercise, up to 2300 w/ exercise. I add in 500 cals for breastfeeding.

I was having problems losing my last 5-10 pounds while breastfeeding my second daughter and I discovered that I had to set my weight loss goals at a half pound a week or at maintenance in order to lose anything. It was SOOO hard to eat more when everything you know says to eat less to lose weight! But it seems like the…

Whole egg for sure! Essential fatty acids and all kinds of other wonderful things are contained in the yolk. :) A common misconception is that all of the protein is in the white. There are 3.6 g protein in the white and 2.7 g protein in the yolk.

I wonder how exactly they come up with this info. Obviously they don't walk around weighing people or sending questionnaires in the mail asking for peoples weights. I agree with others who have said Illinois should be on there. I feel like 80 percent of the people I see are overweight or obese. There don't seem to be alot…

I guess i'll be switching back to raw honey also...:grumble:

Can you freeze them and just take one out when you need it? [/quote] I always freeze mine. I buy in bulk when they go on sale. I can't tell a difference!

Your fat looks a little low. Fat helps you feel full. Healthy fats. My fitness pal is awesome but it is somewhat of a one size fits all. Try upping your calories a bit. Listen to your body. If you are eating healthy nutritious foods and still feeling genuinely hungry than eat some more. Also, I don't see alot of complex…

If you are so hungry that you're getting dizzy then you should eat! Try a piece of fruit and some walnuts or almonds. Your diary isn't public so I can't see what you're eating.

Thanks for the info!!!
