4 months pp and i can not budge past 160 pound mark!!

Suggest something.......... i try and stay at my calorie allowance sometimes i go over but not by too much i exercise regular 6 - 7 days a week , back before i had bubs i lost a 7 kilo exercising heavily and eating very little i got my results but geesh if only i had the time to exercise and the space and i trully do not wanna eat very little again, i feel 1300 calories is too little but cos at the moment im a stay at home mum i put my Daily activities to light is that right?? i My diet may be the blame , id like to lose 8 kilo but it seems so hard to achieve it when im not getting any results ... thanks

Are you breastfeeding? If so, you need to add way more calories in or your body will not let the fat go!! lol If not, I don't know. You still may need to tweak your calorie intake a bit. Try adding 100 extra a day for a week and see what happens.0
