  • I am finishing up week 2 of month 2 and am feeling the same way. I think I am just so tired in the mornings when I do it that I am losing motivation. Plus I am not seeing a ton of results other than I know I have gotten a lot stronger and my endurance is much higher - but not the physical results I was looking for.
  • I personally have not started month two yet but If it was me I would probably just do the workout I missed on my rest day because I could not do 2 back to back. I guess if I was going to do them both tomorrow I would do one in the morning and one at night but I know i couldn't go 2 hours.
