  • Its more of a challenge to keep moving through the day and any calories burned is better than none with a fitness tracker. I do weighted squats every morning too.
  • I am a big Trader Joe fan too. They have some great prices and prepared salads, organic stuff, ect. that are great. Beans - black are the best for you. Skinny girl also has some great popcorn you can find at Walmart - the new blend of lime and salt or something. Any light popcorn is good fiber for you.

  • I am 5'4 and struggle with my weight up and down. I am currently about 8-10 pounds away from my goal. I put the weight back on after surgery after having reached my goal and maintaining for 2 years. I would love to be on a community board for motivation and inspiration to help one another.
